Family in La Crescenta searching for a reliable long-term PART-TIME NANNY for their two girls ages 5 and 2 years old.  The eldest goes to school in Studio City and the other to PreK in Pasadena.  They may be looking to move to Toluca Lake over the next year, just FYI. Hours are M-F 2PM-6PM.   College Degree preferred along with someone who is health and nutritional conscience. Must have a reliable car and pristine driving record; looking for someone trustworthy and fun to be around; someone who is outgoing, nurturing, engaging compassionate. etc. Must be OK around high-profile celebrities who are in and out of the house as mom is a prominent stylist; no fan-girls, please! Pay is open, DOE. Would love for you to accompany them on vacations and or work date nights/ overnights as needed; must be flexible, some weekends may by needed but not often.  Must be OK with dogs, they have on Brussels Griffon.  You must also be willing and able to use your car while on the job and have a pristine driving record. They will reimburse for gas & mileage.

 

Qualifications

BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
 
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
