    Sweetest family with two boys ages three and five years old are looking for an AFTER SCHOOL NANNY M-F 3PM-8PM.  Mom will be there to assist from 5:30PM on, so must be OK working alongside her! Their youngest has Autism and is non-verbal.  He is in a full day therapy program from 8AM-3PM. You will be responsible for picking them up after school, taking and from activities, helping with homework/ prepping for the next day (emptying and packing backpack), meal prep/cooking; playtime and bedtime routine.  Must have creative problem solving skills, lots of energy, tons of patience and a kind heart! Someone with Occupational, Speech and or ABA therapy experience is a plus! Pay is $15-20/hr, DOE. You will be responsible for driving your own vehicle while on the job. They live in a residential area within walking distance from the school.  They do have one cat and one dog, but no care is expected. Looking for a great part-time fit long-term!

    Qualifications

    BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

    CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

    Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

    A passion for working with children

    Two+ years childcare experience

    Excellent work and personal references

    U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

    Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
     
    Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

    Competent swimmer

    Non-smoker

    Willing to go through extensive Background Check

    Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

    Willingness to show proof of immunizations

    No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

    Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

    USD $20.00/Hr.
