    MALVERN, PA- Amazing family with three boys ages 2, 7, and 8 years looking for a FLEXIBLE NANNY M-F 40 hrs per week (i.e: 8AM-4PM). However, please note that the hours are apt to change week to week so much be able to be fully flexible with a go-with-the-flow attitude. Must accommodate your schedule to fit theirs. The hours will be mostly during the day, but you should be able to be flexible enough to switch to nights and weekends as needed.  Candidate must be willing to do sleep overs if the parents are planning to be out late or stay the weekend if they are going out of town.  Dad works from home and mom is stay at home looking for her work wife so to speak! Team players comfortable having full or partial autonomy is essential.  They would love someone willing to travel a few times a year on vacations with them!  For example, they are going to Paris this Summer and would love for you to accompany them!  Ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick on their feet, is creative, fun, athletic (likes to play spots with the kids) and facilitate fun & educational games.  The boys have a lot of energy so nanny needs to be able to keep up but also instill/ maintain consistency/ discipline, help them focus/stay on track as needed.  Candidate must know when to be seen and unseen (i.e. when to be in the room with the family and give them space when they need it). Someone who can take control of the situation and figure out how to engage kids in learning, outdoor activities, help with homework, swimming, etc. is super important!  Must be willing to help with house work/laundry on the days mom is with the kids, run errands and organize meals for the kids. Must be comfortable driving family car and have pristine driving record! Must love dogs!
