    OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES- BRYAN, TX- Busy entrepreneurial family of six relocating to AUSTIN, TX this Summer 2019 is looking for professional care for their children. They are open to either one FULL-TIME NANNY Monday-Friday 7AM-9PM (and until midnight 2 nights/week) and occasional overnights (2 weeks per year), OT provided; OR for TWO ROTATING NANNIES working in shifts (1 nanny works from 7AM-3PM) and (second nanny works 3PM-9PM + occasional late nights, overnights and weekends). Live out is preferred, but family will consider live in. Pay is $20-40/HOUR + OVERTIME. Additional benefits include PAID SICK DAYS, VACATION AND HOLIDAYS, as well as HEALTH INSURANCE. They have four children (ages: 8, 5, 3 years and 5-months). The two oldest are in elementary school and the 3-year-old is in pre-school for half of the day. Kids are independent, active, outgoing, jovial and curious. Mom works from home and is looking for a nanny to get children dressed and ready, drop them off at school, care for the infant, pick children up from school, drive to after-school activities (FAMILY CAR PROVIDED); prepare dinner for children, help with homework, bathe, and put to bed. Additional duties include care for pets (two dogs—Maltese and Labradoodle). Ideal candidate is willing to match parents’ parenting styles, is FLEXIBLE (to work late nights, overnights, weekends and travel required), warm and friendly, outgoing, not afraid to take control, can PLAY PIANO and provide lessons (this is not a dealbreaker but ideal), understands how an executive schedule works and leads a healthy/active lifestyle just like this wonderful family! Must be willing to TRAVEL with family on their annual trips to Disney, the Caribbean, New York, the Hamptons (month of July), as well as monthly weekend stays at the family lake house in Austin. START DATE IS 1/1/19

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Arrive at 7am to get children ready for school; take oldest two to school and 3-year-old to pre-school (half day); care for infant while older kids are in school; pick up older kids from school; take to after-school activities; help with homework; prepare dinner; bathe and fulfill bedtime routines at 9pm. There will be late nights until midnight 2 days per week, as well as weekend trips with family to their lake house once per month and overnights (2 weeks/year).

    Qualifications

    BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

    CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

    Ability to make a one-year commitment

    A passion for working with children

    Two+ years childcare experience

    Excellent work and personal references

    U.S. driver's license

    Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
     
    Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

    Competent swimmer

    Non-smoker

    Willing to go through extensive Background Check

    Willingness to show proof of immunizations

    No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

    Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
