  • Overview

A single father and busy executive in Dallas, TX is seeking FULL TIME infant care for his 5-month-old baby boy and second son to be born in June 2019. He is looking to hire a long-term, exceptionally nurturing and attentive nanny to assist on a full-time, live-in/live-out, long-term basis. You will work as a team with a second nanny. One nanny will work the M-Th 7AM -7PM and the other Friday-Sunday 7AM-7PM shift. Or, the alternative schedule is ROTATING, SEVEN DAYS ON, SEVEN DAYS OFF. The ideal nanny highly discreet, trustworthy and very dependable, has notable experience with infants and toddlers, savvy and independent but flexible and able to diligently follow parenting guidelines set forth by the father. The nanny must also be able to assist with caring for the father's 2 older daughters (ages 9 and 12) on occasion. The nanny will work in conjunction with the father, the father's assistant, the house manager, other nanny and night nanny to foster a loving, secure, developmentally- stimulating, and happy environment for the children in the home. Nanny MUST be highly experienced with newborns! The father leads a predominately active and holistic lifestyle, so a like-minded, nutritionally-conscious nanny who is athletic, energetic and active would be most desirable. Bilingual or experience with education/teaching is a PLUS! The father owns vacation homes in the US and enjoys traveling with the children, so a nanny who is willing to travel is most ideal. Hours are likely to fluctuate, so flexibility in schedule is very essential. Options to live-in or live-out (if local to Dallas). Pay to commensurate with experience. Health insurance provided. The right person will become an integrative part of this nontraditional but very jovial and loving family for at least a 1+ year commitment.
